Introducing Retail Services' Catering Charge Program!

Now serving a simpler way to cater your next event. The Catering Charge Program allows you to charge your catering orders, through participating USCF vendors at various campuses, using your department speedchart. So, say "goodbye" to check requests and invoice processing and "hello" to a more convenient alternative.

Whether your celebration or event offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, light refreshments, or a buffet reception, our caterers are ready to serve you delicious meals without the accounting hassle.

No additional service charges will apply.

How to Order

Prior to placing an order and to be eligible to charge, departments must read the Catering Charge Program Policy and sign and return the Department Agreement to Retail Services, Box 0234.

Here's how:

1. Complete a vendor's catering order form to place your order — either hand in or fax to them directly
2. Order is filled, you receive a copy of the invoice/receipt with a Catering Charge Form
3. Complete Catering Charge Form and keep for your records attached to the original receipt
4. Process complete!
