Founded by UCSF staff in 1971, the Marin Commute Club provides regularly scheduled service from Marin and Sonoma counties to UCSF.

Service

Four buses provide daily service, Monday through Friday. Catch a bus from Novato, Ignacio, Marinwood, Terra Linda, San Rafael, Corte Madera, Mill Valley or Sausalito.

Morning schedule

The Marin Commute Club accommodates a variety of work arrival times, depending on location, from 7:25 AM to 8:30 AM.

Evening schedule

Evening departure times, depending on location, are at 4:35 PM, 5:15 PM and 6:30 PM.

Fees

Ridership can be monthly (full- or part-time) or on a per-ride basis. Fees are based on distance traveled. For example, a typical full-time monthly ridership fee from San Rafael costs $199 ($9.50 per day), while the one-way fare is $7.00 ($14.00 round trip).
