dignitaries and other distinguished persons who "occasionally"
visit the campus. They are departmentally recharged and require authorization
by the Chancellor, the Director of the Medical Center or by a dean or
vice chancellorupon authorization by the Chancellor, the Director of the
Medical Center, or by a Dean or Vice Chancellor. Non-transferable.
